  • check your registration details and the day of the week you have signed up for
    - within the 'show details' view not all dates shown may apply to your specific level
  • events are ordered according to the date of the first occurence in a series
  • some lessons/classes may already be closed for registration, but are shown here for completeness as long as they are still running. 
  • If you are logged in as a member, this page will indicate which event you are already registered for.

    Date: September 8 to November 3, 2024 (8 Sundays)  No class on Oct 13

    Time: 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

    1. We offer year-long Japanese language courses using the textbook series Marugoto: Japanese Language and culture 
    2. Payment is accepted only on a Term by Term basis.
    3. There are 3 terms, Fall, Winter and Spring. (e.g. L1-1, L1-2)
    4. Textbooks: "Marugoto A1: Rikai and Marugoto A2-1: Katsudo.
    5. Online Placement test is necessary  for new students(except L1-1). The link can be found here

    Textbooks are not included in the fees and students are expected to buy their own copies.　For the detail of the textbooks, click here


    All classes will include discussion of Japanese culture, conversation and other topics in addition to using the textbook.

    Note: Teens classes are limited to students who are "twelve or older" and "19 or younger" as of September 1, 2024. 

    If you are not a EJCA member, please apply for a membership at Membership (ejca.org) Once it is approved by EJCA, you can apply to the class. It may take one day for an approval.

    1. We offer year-long Japanese language courses

    3. Payment is accepted only on a Term by Term basis
    4. Textbook: Genki I An Integrated Course in Elementary Japanese, 3rd edition.
    5. Online Placement test is necessary  for new students (except B1-1). The link can be found here

    Textbooks are not included in the fees and students are expected to buy their own copies.　For the detail of the textbooks, click here

    日本語キッズとベビーサロン：２０２４年秋学期のご案内

    EJCAでは子ども達と保護者が集まって交流が持てる場を設ける目的で子どものクラスを開設しています。今期は幼児のクラスを午前と午後に予定しております。

    日時：水曜日　         

    ９月１１日、１８日、１０月２日、９日、１６日、３０日、１１月６日、２０日、１２月４日、１１日（合計１０回）

    日本語キッズ：３〜５才　９時３０分〜１１時

    （９時３０分〜１０時３０分クラス　１０時３０分〜１１時頃　自由遊び）

    ベビーサロン：０〜２才　１０時３０分〜１2時

    （１０時３０分〜１１時３０分クラス、１１時３０〜１２時頃　自由遊び）

    日本語キッズ：３〜５才　１時〜２時３０分

    （１時〜２時クラス　２時〜２時３０分頃　自由遊び）

    日本語で季節や行事に合わせた歌を歌ったりクラフトを楽しんだりしています。絵本の読み聞かせ、手遊び、わらべうたあそび、言葉遊びを通じて友だちや身近な人と日本語に親しんで遊べる場になるように計画しています。図書館には沢山絵本がありますので、毎週クラスの後で本を借りて頂くこともできますよ。お天気がいい日はクラスの後、公園で遊んで帰られてもいいですね。約束しなくてもお友だちに会えるプレイデートの日としてお気軽にご参加ください。

    参加費：１家族６０ドル       EJCAの会員が参加できます。

    （最小催行人数に達しない場合はキャンセルすることがあります。キャンセルする場合に備えて午前、または午後に変更が可能かどうか、お申し込みの際にお聞きします。）
