Note: Who’s Who - Email Addresses at EJCA

For a number of years, there have been two email addresses for EJCA, but one person answered both. With our new Facility Manager in place, it will save time and get you a quicker response if you send  your emails to the correct person:

• Office@ejca.org emails are answered by Ai Nakamura, our Centre Manager. Use this email for requests about rentals, room bookings, general inquiries and event information in English or Japanese. Also, Ai is generally at EJCA from 9 am to 1 pm Mon to Fri.  

• Facility@ejca.org emails are answered by John Duchalard, our new Facility Manager. Use this email for reporting maintenance issues, furniture repair requests, cleaning questions, and so on. John D will respond in English.  John is generally at EJCA in the mornings, Mon to Fri.
