  1. Welcome
  2. Appointing Chair, Minutes taker, Facilitator, and roll call (A quorum of 25 members needed);
  3. Adopting the agenda;
  4. Adopting the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting;
  5. President’s report;
  6. Reviewing the financial statements: the Association’s income, disbursements, assets and liabilities, and the auditor’s report;
  7. Appointing the auditors for 2026/2027;
  8. Electing the Members of the Board;
  9. Other specific motions;
  10. Recognition of
    1. Milestone members in attendance (who turned to 77, 88, 99 year old in 2026)
    2. Presidential Award for Volunteer Excellence
  11. Next AGM
  12. Adjournment
