There’s so much to look forward to—bon odori, children’s games, wares and displays, onigiri, taiyaki, kakigori (shaved ice), a beer garden, cultural demonstrations—there’s just too much to list!
All EJCA members and guests including their families and friends are welcome! Please do register!
Rain or shine! If we must cancel due to severe weather, we will update this page by Thursday, July 10 at 8 pm - which may result in a smaller indoor event.
It's your chance to volunteer!
To make Natsu Matsuri 2025 as amazing as we can, we need assistance from volunteers! Please signup here and contact matsuri-volunteer@ejca.org (Alison) for questions.
How to sign up:
Visit our Signup page https://signup.com/go/wQeDKZc, review the options listed, and choose the spot(s) you are able to support.
Preorder food items (and children games 'punch cards')!
This year we do offer a few select food items for 'preorder' at this online site: Preorder (Square). Preorders will be available online only, until Monday July 7th, unless sold out earlier.
While there is more food available throughout the event and from our external partners, preordering helps us to reduce the amount of cash/card transactions 'on site' and allows to have less lineups right at the start. Please bring your online order details (Name / Square order number) when picking up at the vendor tables!
Frequently Asked Questions:
We will have a combination of Cash and Card payments available, depending on the vendor, so it's best to come prepared for either.

What Children's Games will we offer?
