Mark your calendars for the 2024 Spring Bazaar! Once again, EJCA will host bringing wonderful wares and delicious fare to our local community.

Note: In general, please expect to pay by cash, however some vendors may also allow for card payments, at their discretion.

Ahead of the event, we’re looking for participants and there are a few ways to get involved:

Apply to be a vendor (registration now closed)
We’re looking for members and businesses to bring their best food, drink or goods. Tables will be available for your setup and are free for EJCA members ($25 for non-members). You keep 100% of your sales.

Donate to our silent auction
Members and businesses are invited to sponsor items for our silent auction. As thanks for your generosity, we will include your name or logo in our promotions for the bazaar.

Showcase your club or group
We’re very proud of our clubs and groups at EJCA and will have the opportunity for displays at the table for of some of them. 

Volunteer!
We need a few folks to help set up, coordinate, and tear down, and would greatly appreciate your help. Sign up now!
